Pre-order Process

• During the pre-order period, you can try samples. These allow you to choose the model, size, and colour you prefer.
• You purchase the products before they are manufactured.
• Once the pre-order period ends, we initiate production with our partner. During this phase, which lasts several weeks, we keep you regularly updated on the progress.
• When production is complete, we deliver the items you purchased.
• Deliveries are planned to begin end of February / beginning of March 2025.

We advise you to take your usual size. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger of the two.

Return Procedure

You can request a return by emailing us at contact@umus.fr, providing your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return. Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our return conditions. Approval or denial will be communicated within 72 hours.

You have 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt to return an item. If this period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will be extended to the next business day. The product must not be damaged, worn, used, or washed. It must be returned in its exact original condition, along with all packaging (box, dust bag), documents, and accessories provided, as well as a copy of the invoice or any other document that identifies the order. If the returned item cannot be restocked, you will not be eligible for a refund. You may have the item sent back to you at your own expense.

If the return request is approved, you will receive return instructions by email. Your order will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your return.
