Marie Dewet created MaisonCléo with her mother, who is the originator of the brand name (she called herself Cleopatra).
The story is atypical: the daughter posted photos of herself wearing clothes created by the mother.
Many people contacted Marie to ask if they could have the same pieces.
Mother and daughter agreed and that’s how the brand was born.
Marie's passion for quality clothing leads her to passionately choose fabrics recovered from fashion houses, designers, or vintage.
Each garment is made in limited series to order in the north of France in their workshop.
We love the innocence, the respectful approach and the uninhibited style of the designer. And the fact that the clothes are made in the North, a land of textiles which is regaining strength.
